International Taxes & Duties 

When shipping internationally all applicable custom or import fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.  

The customer/recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

Unfortunately I have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMTION:

We do not have control over whether your order gets stuck in customs/sort facilities both within Australia and internationally. 

If you wish to purchase shipping insurance for your order, please contact me prior to completing your order. This will be an extra charge for customer according to location. 

If your order gets returned to SEDA Collective because of wrong address or failure to collect the item, you will have to pay for the re-postage cost.

Once we post your parcel, it’s then completely up to Australia Post/SENDLE as to how quickly it will arrive. Please save the email we send out with tracking informations, please email us or call Australia Post directly if you have any questions or concerns with your parcel.
